'89 Evinrude 50 Question

Just picked up a boat. Needs very minor work. Please take a look at the two pics...

What is this called?
Where can I get it?
How hard is it to install it?
The motor runs pretty well, just shakes an awful lot. It's because of this piece right?

Thank you in advance for the help I'm new at this and going to be heavily relying on these forums to get me through.

Please delete the post. I found the part. I can't figure out how to delete the tread, sorry.:redface: Is that the cause of the shaking though? How bad is it to be on the water with it in that condition?

Shaking can be cause by many things. mis-firing, bend shaft. worn out bushings. with out more info, impossible to narrow down.
