89 evinrude 8hp gas oil ratio

hello all i just purchased my first boat (aside from a canoe) and it has an 89 8hp evinrude outboard on it. can someone tell me the proper gas oil ratio, and maybe a recomendation on a good brand of 2cycle oil.

50:1 and TCW-III oil, preferably the brand that the outboard is named......
