There is no set answer to that. It depends on how the engine runs, the weight of the load, and what you use the boat for.
What rpm do you get at Wide Open Throttle (WOT) with your current prop?
And what size is your current prop?
If I had to take a blind guess, I would go with a 13 diameter x 15 pitch.
Then, depending on the rpm's you get with that prop, I would buy another with the correct pitch, and use the first one as a spare.
