89 Force 85hp water flow

At idle and low speed I have a good water flow from the exhaust port but at high speed there appears to be no water flow from this point. I do not get any high temp warning signal. Am I getting water flow from below the water line where I do not see it ?

waterman,<br /><br /> Have an 86 125 Force and i get more water as the Rpm's increase. Don't know about the 85hp.<br />One thing, have you checked your warning horn and sensor to ensure it is working. Also I would recommend putting a temp. gauge in. Takes the guessing away as to engine temp. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Good luck
