All the 2.6 liter motors were pretty decent with reasonable care. <br /><br />Who rebuilt it? Why? What brand pistons, gaskets, etc? Any warranty on rebuild?<br /><br />Good luck!

Post the model number so we can see exactly what year and type motor. Clanton is correct, the 235 was last built in '85.

To DH,<br /> I don't know the particulars as it's at a brokers but I will find out as much as I can as well as the model etc. Won't be till around 9 am eastern time

Okay.... The broker did make a mistake it is an 85 was rebuilt in oct. and still has a one year warranty on it. It has an extention that the motor hangs that sticks out about 2 feet, what is that for??
