'89 Mariner 25hp outboard missing piece

I'm missing a piece that should unlock the motor so that I can pull it up when I'm loading it after being on the water...

Right now i have to reach down underneath in an awkward position, while trying to pull the motor up when I release the latch with my fingers...

Does anyone know what this lever or latch is called that I'm looking for? Thanks!!

On my 1982 30HP Mariner it is called the "Tilt Handle" (assuming you are refering to the handle that is just above the clamps - that you use to lock or unlock the tilt).
