'89 omc prop ?

I am the new owner of a 1989 four winns 240 horizon. It has a 5.7 v8 engine with a omc cobra drive. Could somebody please let me know what the stock prop size is for this boat, or recomend a good all around prop size. It came with 3 props and dont know what to use or to buy a new one.

Check the prop on the boat, size is on the barrel or under the prop nut.Do a test run give us the prop size,max rpm and speed.

the prop you need to use is the one that gives you a wot rpm (wide open throttle revolutions per min) that is within engines recomended range. try 1 and see where your at. down in pitch raises rpm and up in pitch results inlower rpm pretty sure you need to be in the 4600 area (wot rpm out of recomended range results in short engine life)

Thanks for the info guys, Ill check my props and go for a ride and see were Im at. Sorry for the ignorance I thought there would just be a standard prop for that boat. ??
