Can anybody tell me where/or what specifically the blue wire on the Prime Start Solenoid is supposed to connect into? Thanks.

There is a coil under the flywheel known by Yamaha as the "lighting" coil. It creates electricity as magnets on the flywheel going wizzing by the coil. Power from that coil is fed to the Primestart component. Via a green wire from the lighting coil that connects to a blue wire to the PS component.
