I have had a problem with this motor for 2 seasons and have not been able to get it sorted completly. It starts right up and runs great at all rpms except at WOT. It will intermitently stumble and bogg down. Choking the engine does not help and the primer ball does not go soft. All of the usual supects have been eliminated I have a shop manual, I have cleaned and rebuilt the carb with the correct float hieght per manual. Changed the plugs, rebuilt the fuel pump as well as changed the thermostat ( that made a big improvment). It has good spark. It has a racor filter and the tank and all of the fuel lines all the way to the carb are new. All this work does have the motor running much better, but it still has the issue at wide open throttle intermitently but it happens every time I take it out and its getting on my nerves. Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

I cleaned and rebuilt the carborator took out the main jet, piolet jet and needle seat and float soaked everything and thenblew it all outevrything looked good. Can it be faulty even though it looked clean?
