Hello everyone, first time posting on this site and so far it has been great !
So I have a 8hp mariner outboard the tag on the motor is
8M. 6G1. S. 019022
My problem is that I have no spark out of the coil. I do have a trigger on the orange and a trigger on the black wire. I suspect I have a bad coil. Tested the primary coil from orange to black and got 1.0 ohm the I left the lead on the black wire and tested each spark plug wire outlet and received nothing .
Can someone just verify what I received for a diagnosis
