Having trouble with flooding at start up.Saw where the right plug to use for this motor is J6C. I would like to know what the gap setting is...thank you

i run J6C, gives just a little better performance, does not foul as bad. gapped .030, if you idle a lot trolling, open to .035 if still fouling .040, but that is the most. will be a little hard to cold start at .040.

flooding at start up, don't use a much choke.
