motor runs fine at low rpm under power but stalls when rpms are increased when motor stalls if you squize fuel bulb motor runs fine bulb also stays compressed for a short time

You might do a compression check...I don't know which cylinder operates the fuel pump...check the fuel tank vent make sure it is working, loosen the cap and if it works then fix the vent...remove fuel line to carb and try to start, should be a good stream of gas come out(contain the gas)...Make sure the fuel line is good...let us know how you make out

Just info, It could be your fuel filter or pump. The chrysler outboards are notorious for their weak fuel pumps, and clog easily. You may check the fuel filter for rust particles or residue. It sounds like by pressing the bulb you are forcing the extra fuel needed for higher speed into the engine. :)
