I just recently bought a Force 9.9 hp 1992. The previous owner said he just got a tune up on it. It runs great but the problem i have is at low rpms it just wants to die. and if it doesn't act like its dying then it runs perfect until i barley touch the throttle and then boggs severly to the point where it either dies or takes 3 seconds to get moving again..I think its very difficult to troll when fishing like this. I need it strong at low rpms. what should i do or check that might be simple that i'm not thinkin of?
