9.9 sail power 25" shaft????

Just bought this engine and would like to verify the yr. and cc rating. I've cked the search section and can't seem to fine any sites with late models? Ser# is OT 908860 I think it is a 2004 but not sure. Thanks in advance on any reply's...........

That's a Mercury, right? Ask over in the Mercury section, and I'll bet someone can look it up for you.
