9.9 year?

I can not find the year stamp on my motor. Can any one help me with it?

I did some research and came up with it being a 2001. here is where i went to search your serial # http://www.boats.net/parts/search/p...Outboard+Engine&FrameSN=babj&FrameSN2=1003786
