I have this 90 Evinrude VRO V4 90hp and it seems to idle fine but when I actually got in the water and took off it seemed to like it had a miss or something and also idles a little high at the same time or maybe it sounds like that when it is under some load.I tried starting off slowly kicking it up higher and at about half throttle it has a miss or what seems like a miss to me.I checked the plugs and they seemed fairly new but they looked like they had oil baked on them so I cleaned them up with some gas and a wire brush.Also if anyone knows the procedure to adjust the throttle that would be great.Thanks
