There are actually two hydraulic cylinders, Trim cylinder which is the fat short one at the bottom and then the Tilt cylinder which is the long skinny one at the top opposite of the shock absorber, which looks identical except for the hydraulic connections.
So which cylinder is leaking fluid? I surmise it is the tilt cylinder. If so, then you need to dismount and do an overhaul of the innards. You will need a special tool (Pinned spanner wrench) to remove the end cap. But if you google Youtube, there 's one that show how to remove it just using common tools. There is a piston with O rings on it that needs to be replaced. While in there, check for the trueness of the shaft and the cylinder wall, which could cause hydraulic leaks.
