1990 Force 90 HP ran good until 2 weeks ago when it died on the lake. Compression check are 120, 120 & 90, It does fire at times but will not start. Has good spark so does that mean the stator and trigger are good and I should look for a fuel issue? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

90 PSI in one cylinder and 120 in the other two.
That is no good, 30PSI in different is to much.

Start to check the headgasket for any damage.

Did it overheat?
Is water pump working?
Is fuel getting to cylinders.
Pull head and inspect.

With more than 10 percent difference in compression pressure between cylinders, you need to open and inspect starting with the head gaskets, cylinders, piston rings, etc.

I don't usually say this unless it's needed.
Use a shot of starting fluid.
No start? then check the flywheel key to see if it's sheared?? that would account for the sudden stop.

It might start with the 30# difference but it needs to be addressed soon.
Any water on the plugs? all three burning the same?
Pull the head and see if there is any damage.
