I won this motor on ebay and installed it myself. But was told that when I first turn the key on it should beep to confirm it is working . When I investigated , I noticed the oil tank switch and temperature switch are connected directly to the warning buzzer. Is this right or am I missing the module? Also I am missing the tag which tells me the proper spark plug and gap dimension. I found out the plug ,but not the gap size.

Hello Keith and :welcome: aboard.

From what I can see on the drawings and circuit diagrams, you're quite right, no module. The module is used on the V6s, as they have a rotation monitor on the oil pump shaft. The drawings show your engine to have the oil bottle switch and the over heat switch hooked together, just as you described.

Spark plugs should be BUHW-2. These are a surface gap plug and don't have an adjustment for the gap.

My 04 125 is the same way, no audible alarm.. The oil switch and temperature sensor go to a rev limiter, if there is a fault it will start missing..

Mine beeps whe turning the key on and when oil is low. Not sure on overheating and hopefully won't ever have to find out.
