i have 1986 90 evinrude vro minus the vro pump i removed it. I did a decarbon on my motor a few weeks ago with some seafoam. And the past two time i took my boat out it takes me forever to get it started. when i first put in it acts like it is flooded i have to open the throttle wide open then choke it and start and it take probably 9 to 10 tries before it starts up. once warmed up it idles fine it runs wide open like a champ if i shut it off then start it right back up it starts fine but if i let it sit for a minute or two i am right back to trying to get it started again. Could it be dirty carbs? or an air leak? I just dont know since it runs so good once started? Any ideas?
