90 hp force outboard overheating buzzer

1993 90 hp Force outboard motor - the overheating buzzer keeps going off. Happens when motor is restarted after motor has been running for a while. Will only stay on for a few minutes. Water is spraying out of exhaust ports just fine. Should there be water coming out of a pee hole?<br />Thanks for your help.<br />Mark

i have 70 hp force you need to change the water pump and thurm. every 2yrs before you damage the engine
