Hi CC Marine<br /><br />Thanks for your help but Im still having trouble with the motor surging mid range.<br /><br />I have cleaned the carbs and rekitted.<br /><br />I have bought a new fuel hose and bulb, cleaned out the tote tanks and fitted a new diaphragm to the fuel pump.<br /><br />If you have any ideas from here I would be most grateful<br /><br />Many thanks<br /><br />Shag Rock

Hi CC Marine<br /><br />90 HP Loss Of Power.<br />Motor still surging mid range. Runs okay top end of RPM.<br />Cut back to 3-4000RPM surges real bad. <br /><br />Renewed total fuel system and cleaned and rekitted carbs.<br />Suggestions please??<br /><br />Cheers<br />Shag Rock<br />S

Hi Shag rock<br />I'm new to this forum, I'm guessing this is a 90 3cyl 2stroke?<br /> I had 1 of these that was doing the same thing to me a few years back it was a little differnt t though it was a dropping a cylinder (spark related) between that rpm range have you condsifered this possibility? Last question is this a cdm ignition or 1 power pack model?

If it's an ADI motor try disconnecting the "idle stabilizer" and re-testing / report.<br /><br />-W

I'm unclear if it's a 3 or a 6 cylinder? <br /><br />For the sake of this thread ADI means "does not have a distributor". )<br /><br />-W
