90 hp sparks.......

i'm not to overly worried about this, but any info would be apreiated. i was installing an onbrd charger and when i removed the starter leads off of the 2003 mercs' starter i noticed a real slight arching. i ensured that everything was turned off, and key was not in ignition the crankin bat was fully charged, and its been almost two weeks since last charge. i don't know what is drawing the slight current. <br /><br />thanks

If you have a radio, the station memory and clock draws current.

no radio the sparks were comming from the engines + terminal wire. maybe theirs a computer on engine with stored memory????
