Friend has a 90hp, unsure of the year. Motor runs fine until he starts tilting motor to come in or out of dock. As far as I know carbs (3) have been redone. If I sit by motor and pump the ball it starts running fine for a minute then starts stalling. No kinks in fuel line that I can see. Any ideas, could be float? but if we adjust then will not be set right when motor is vertical.<br /><br />Thanks
