90 hp starting issue

motor a little aggravating bout starting.once started runs like a top at low and high rpms.but when i cut it to fish or whatever tuff to start again.95 90 hp v4.

last decarb or carb rebuild??? new motor?

thanks for the links.as far as the carbs dont really know.just recently purchased boat (3 weeks ago)

theres your answer...

since you just got this motor i recomend changing or check the lower unit oil..... decarb(use link bellow) or rebuild carbs.... change water pump ...

not very important but when you have money and a chance change the spark plugs...

anybody missing anything?

when you try to start the motor after boat is warmed up do you have to give it some gas to start it, to advance the throttle? i would also check the timing at idle
