90 looper dumping fuel on #2

Ihave a 90 in line #ob311269 that is just pouring fuel out of the # 2 cylinder.Compression and leakdown are good .Carb has been gone thru and float levels are to spec,even put the needle on the pressure guage and it will hold to 20 psi.Float weighs out correctly.Soo,recircs or what?Before I go spliting that case ,is there anything we can collectivly think of that I have overlooked?

Fuel pump has a torn diaphragm. Rebuild it. Parts are cheap.

Thanks Willy but I,ve already been there.The pump was leaking externally so the diaphram kit was installed.Also reeds look ok at least from the outside.I suppose it is possible that I wrinkled a diaphram in the fuel pump rebuild but she ai'nt leaking anymore.I'll give it a second look anyway.Thanks.
