90 Mariner fuel problem

I have been posting problems with my 1995 Mariner cutting out at WOT. I have inspected and replaced most of the fuel system to no avail. I did the Seafoam treatment and noticed the lower carb (3 carb motor) had fuel seeping out of it while the top 2 were sucking in air. Is this a float needle problem? Will this affect performance at WOT? By the way, when doing the Seafoam it smoked a lot. Must have had lots of carbon in it. Haven't had it out on the lake yet to see if the Seafoam helped.

Sounds like a float sticking or damaged or a needle that is not seating properly. The seafoam does make it smoke lots!

Fixed it! Must have been a stuck float. I took the carbs apart last year but it still wouldn't run right. Recently I took the lower carb out, cleaned it up, and reinstalled. Now it works. Go figure. Thanks
