90hp force, poor spark

I own a 1990 90hp force. It has been in storage for 5 years. I starting using it again last year and I have had a problem with it. It seems that #2 and #3 cylinders are not firing as strong as Number one. It has very little power. I have changed the plugs, and have checked the compression. All three have similar compression. Does anyone have some advice?

poor spark can be a number of things a bad or weak stator, cd modular or switch box, what you can do is check the resistance on the stator with a ohm meter.also you can swap the coils from a good cylinder to a weak cylinder and see if spark improves.
