I just got this 40 horse Evinrude VRO from my dad. He had it stored for years so the carbs got all gummed up. I cleaned out the carbs twice and everything now looks good.<br /><br />I just don't know the proper adjustment for the needle valves. I've been looking for a manual but everyone around here is out of them. I've got one on order but it won't be here for a few days. Since I have it apart now (and it's a nice day) I'd like to see if I could adjust it soon. Anyone know the proper specs? Thanks tons.
