I bought the boat in Nov. last yr. cleaned carbs everything looked good, alittle crud here and there but nothing major. Took it for a lake run and it would start running out of fuel above 5k, it would surge. and the primer bulb never would harden up. while running if some one pumped the bulb it would run 5400. So I figured it was the fuel pumps, it had sat for 2yrs with old gas in them, so I bought 3 new fuel pumps. Still now diff. I checked the fuel line from the tank to the seperator. had some cracks in it so I replaced it, primer bulb still doesn't harded up and I even tried bypassing the seperator, no diff. I can rev the motor on the muff and the fuel filter cup on the motor will lose fuel like the pumps can't keep up, I'm at a loss, I need some advice.
