92 120 v-4 omc high speed problems

I got a 92 120 evinrude that at any rpms over three quarter throttle(3000 and up), the engine dies, and will not recover. I've tried 2 new carb kits,4 new plugs,4 new coils, and a new stator, i also have put in an electric fuel pump. The engine once it dies, i can raise the fast idle bar and crank on it till it cranks again.Idles fine, and runs fine below three quarter throttle. Compression was 125 psi with less than 2% differance in the cylinders.Any ideas?
