'92 Force 120 Lower Unit Re- Assy?

I just finished replacing my water pump impeller and started to put everyting back together . I am not sure where the two rubber grommets I have go back. Both are black rubber , one is about 1/8 inch thick and flat like a washer, the other is more like a boot, tapered at one end about 1 inch tall. They are both aobut the same diameter as the drive shaft and the water pipe. Where do they go back in at?

The flat washer goes on the drive shaft on top of the waterpump housing. The Tapered one goes on the water tube up in the mid-section with the tapered end down. It should slide on the water tube a little and stop.

Thanks, I thought that is where the flat one came off but wasnt quiet sure.
