92 Johnson 50 power trim problem

Need help guys...

My relays are GOOD, have bench tested them. Trim pump is good, ran positive/negative wire to pump it works out of the circuit.

I have 12v from switch to both relays and I hear a clock but there is no voltage coming out to the green/earth blue/sky wires.

Where does 12v from battery come into the relay? Only one wire of the 5 has 12v ever.

I've attached the wiring diagram for my 90 Hp tilt/trim. I would think your setup is similar. You can see in the diagram, the red circuit supplies 12V to the top two terminals in the diagram, which power the 87 sockets.
