92 omc 3.0 in an 88 boat?

Hi.<br /><br />What would have to be changed or purchased in order to put a 1992 OMC Cobra 3.0 in a 1988 boat that originally had the 3.0? I think there are differences in the flywheel or crank. I would have all parts from both engines.<br /><br />Thanks!

I Don't see Any Problems......<br />All the bolt holes are in the Same Places...<br />The 1 piece, or 2 piece rear main seal Shouldn't offer any problems Because,<br /> "I would have all parts from both engines."
