What's the difference between Mercruiser heads and regular Chevy heads and can they be interchanged or upgraded?

I believe that the only difference is marine heads are cast iron.

Up until Very Recently, They were All Cast Iron....<br /><br />No, There's No difference......<br />But, There are Many Different SBC Heads... Some Better, Some Worse....
