i am getting this boat ready for season and the port riser is reading about 180 while the strbrd is under 100, i removed the caps from the heat exchanger and ran a rod through the passages to verify clean flow, no crap inside them. the manifolds are not old and have only been in lake water. the engine is new with about 70hrs on it. the engine temp is nice ,under 170 but as i said, it is freshwater cooled so if the exchanger is getting water, that will be fine.
any ideas? should i be concerned ?
