94 merc 50 hp No spark in 2 of 3 cylinders

I have a 1994 50 hp 3 cyl mercury outboard. There is no spark in 2 of the 3 cylinders. The fuse is good and I checked all visible wire connections. I can take the green wire leading to the coil on the top cylinder (this has spark) and connect it to the other coils individualy and they will produce spark, so the coils are good. Is my problem in the switching box that has green wires going to all 3 coils ? or are there other electrical parts or relays that could be a problem ?

Sounds like your switchbox is bad. Sounds like you checked all the wire connections. I would eliminate everything before buying a switchbox(because you cannot return it).
