After fixing the thermostat issue and running for a bit I noticed some water drops on the port side hoses under the exhaust manifold. Was thinking it could have been the gasket but after looking under there looks to be some seeping water from the head.

Can I run as is?
What are my options short of pulling the heads?

If the water is only leaking externally I'd run it as long as the leak is just minor. Don't see what you really have to loose, the head is already junk. Just continually check your oil for water contamination. You could try some type of block sealer, the only real solution is to replace the head.

and by the time the head bolts rust away and you have to pull the motor to get them out ,you...........................................
Care to elaborate EXACTLY how it was winterized or not winterized to crack the head

if you cracked the head due to bad or improper winterization, the block is cracked too. (and the manifolds)

I drained everything and just to be safe ran it with antifreeze. Based on the rust I think it was that way when I got it in the fall.

Trying to buy time this summer before I replace both heads over the winter.Trying to determine if this is just an exterior crack or if it’s interior as well. Compression test looks fine and also owners one 147–150. No water in oil. What other task can I do to determine if there’s an interior leak?
