I have a 94 Polar Skiff 17.5 foot. It has plugs that come out so if there is any water down under the floor it can drain. I was told the foam that is in there won't get water logged, is this true? And it seems darn heavy for a 17.5 foot boat but I tilt it up and pull the plugs and nothing comes out. Any way to pump it out or tell for sure if it is water logged? I need to move My Transducer down a little lower and it is adjusted as low as it will go, what is the best way to plug the old holes in the fiberglass when I move it down?<br /><br />Thanks in advance, 5string in NC
