94 sl650 carb ?

I have a 1994 Polaris sl650 that runs great on the trailor with a water hose but when I put it in the water it bogs down.and won't get to full power. I cleaned the carbs and set them to spec relaxed the fuel pump but still nothing

What does "relaxed the fuel pump" mean? Make sure your RPM in the water is around 1200-1300 RPM. If the ski dies right away when you punch the throttle, you need to open the low speed jets. If it gurgles and stumbles but doesn't die, close them a bit. The should start at 1/2 turn open.

Don't use the stock fuel pump either, get a 3 outlet one so each carb gets its own fuel directly. Otherwise, the stator carb will run lean and eventually burn up as the stock fuel pump does not delivery enough volume to satisfy all 3 carbs.
