I have a 95 60 hp Mercury outboard on my pontoon boat. I haven't ran it in 1-2 years. I charged the battery up and was going to take it out the other day and couldn't get it to start. Also the the low oil beeper is beeping, and it's full of oil. It was running fine when I last ran it. I got to checking and it's not getting any fire to the plugs. The plugs haven't been run a dozen times since I put them in, and I checked them and they're good. Anyone have any idea what's going on here? Where should I start looking first? I have a clymer repair manual, but so far it hasn't been very helpful. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
