'95 60hp John, upgrade to 70hp, is it just the carb set? Also reprop for hole shot, which size?

Now lets be clear, this is not the earlier model (I think was 92..). I think the pre 92 was limited to 6000rpm?

From what Ive read and seen its literally been a set of 70hp Carbs. But what about how the engine knows when to run lean and what not, does that need any work?

Im not sure how I will prop it but probably for hole shot, what would be a good stainless prop size for thsi engine for hole shot?

4.5m mono hull, steep entry that tapers out to solid reverse chines for stability at rest, 2m beam. prob 400kg with engine at a guess.
