95 bayliner capri bilge

hi and how are you? on the right side of my bow or around the front glass area. on the body of the boat there is a vent. what is this vent for and what is the purpose of that vent? when i look under the instrument cluster i see a machine/something attached to this vent. what is that machine and what is the purpose of that machine? when i looked into the compartment where the gas tank is, i saw a black thing/machine in there. it's not connected to the tank but it in there and it has a hose/tube connected to it. what is that black thing and what is the purpose of it? i am also trying to locate the bilge on this boat .

on the right rear side of the boat, there is a hole. i hole that comes with the boat. bayliner put that hole there. what is that hole and what is the purpose of that hole?.

around the front glass area = Horn, maybe.................
Right Rear = Bilge pump, maybe...................

Kinda difficult to say with no pics..... and a description of "machine/something"
