Mine is broken is it worth replacing and do the even sell them now?

I would recommend looking into a GPS type first. Boat speedometers are a decent estimate of how fast you're going, but not really exact. I wouldn't worry about a like for like replacement (no real value in that), just find what you can replace easily enough and like how it works.

My speedo stops working at 45 and goes down from there, lol. If I had to replace I would absolutely go GPS. No fus no mess, just mount and go....

Is it actually a paddle wheel you have ? Would have guessed it would be a pick up or fed from the drive if it’s an alpha ?

Unless you have an actual need for a paddewheel speedo (fast current river fishing), get rid of that and either pitot or gps speedo.
