First time posting, so here goes.
Engine: 95 130hp evinrude 2 stroke v4 e130tleoa
Problems: starts on carb cleaner, won't stay running.
New/replaced items: vro delete to fuel pump, rebuilt carbs, new cdi, plugs, coil packs, water pump assembly and impeller.
Now for the problem(s), bought the boat and it was a no start situation, found junk in the carbs so those got a fresh rebuild. No spark in one cylinder, replaced coil packs, and cdi unit, now I have spark to all cylinders. Still won't stay running, the mixture screws are 2 1/2 out as a base. Still nothing, primer bulb is firm and after trying to start it seems like it's taking fuel since I pull the plugs and smell gas. Mix is 50:1.
Did a compression check and came out with this, 125, 125, 145. 145. Maybe that's my culprit? Opened up the cylinders and saw some scoring on the 125 cylinders. Was thinking of doing a backyard/redneck rebuild with a ball hone to bring them back around. Suggestions? Any input would be appreciated! Thank you.

Might have a seal ring failing on crankshaft.-----Difficult for a novice to diagnose.-----Are you pushing the key in and holding it in while cranking for cold start ??

It should start with the electric primer activated during cranking.----It works by spraying fuel in there just the same as you spraying carb cleaner in there.----So test operation of the primer valve.------Load test your battery and take starter apart for inspection.

Thank you for the input, checked the primer solenoid, me being a dumba** unplugged the lines going to the carb manifold and input for the gas. Working on fixing as we speak. Still have a set of headgaskets coming in. But! Do the compression numbers give a sign of it not staying running?

I my opinion those compression numbers will not keep it from actually " running "-----Those compression numbers and slight scoring indicate to me that it will not run / idle well.----But some folks can only say ---" It runs so there is not much wrong "-----Sorry just my opinion here.

Still gonna do the, "rebuild on the cylinders" ball hone before closing things up and trying to restart again.🤞
