One quick question.

When reinstalling motor I noticed in my seloc manual it never address tightening up the lag bolts.

I have mounted the back motor mounts and have the motor sitting on the stringers.

My next step in the manual has me checking engine alignment and then once done move on to reinstalling all associated components.

I would think after I have the motor sitting evenly on the stringers I would tighten the lag bolts.

Then move on to engine alignment?

Thanks, for the manual.

My Mercrusier Manual is in the mail, I order it on Monday.

I was assuming SELOC would get me by...Well you know what happens when you ASSUME...:grumpy:

Went right to the R&R for the motor and there it was clear as day...

Thanks, again....

I was assuming SELOC would get me by......

You're welcome.

I did the same thing back in 2010 buying the Seloc manuals(had both boats back then) and trying to learn from those but after finding IBOATS and it being pointed out the aftermarket manuals leave a little to be desired, I only started using Merc. manuals.

The Seloc ones are going for putting under my knees when doing yard work...........
