I took my 95xp 717 out on the lake today. I got on and it ran perfect, i rode around maybe 20 minutes and when i let out the throttle and slowed down it died. So i started it back up and it sounded like it was bogging, it had no throttle response and i just putted around. if i worked the throttle it did eventually go. Once i got the rpm up it it ran perfect. But every time i slowed it to idle it would bog down and wouldn't accelerate. Then i had trouble starting it up, i tried and tried until i eventually gave up and pulled it out of the water. Once trailered i went to see if it would start and it fired right up twice in a row with no problems. Anyone have any idea what is going on with my ski?
(it has all new electrical system, and a new needle & seats, also the carbs have just been cleaned, also just had a rebuilt kit put on for the fuel pump)
