The type of boat is meaningless. VIP just built a boat around an engine an outdrive made by Mercruiser.
Go up to the Adults Only sticky at the top of the forum and start reading.
When you get down to the right section, download the service manuals for your engine and drive. They should answer your questions, or at least give you a starting point.

Do you have the "kill cord" on or the run/stop switch by the remote in the run position?

I have already looked at all the diagrams on the ADULT section. None of them are give the complete boat wiring diagram, it just shows the starting wiring. The KILL switch was bypassed , i still can not get power to the coil and fuel pump. I found a engine wiring diagram and it looks like the purple wire is the main wire for the ignition. But every time i try to put power to the purple wire it sparks, gets hot , and blows the fuse.

Ayuh,.... So you have a Dead Short in the Igntion circuit....
Start disconnecting components of the system,.. til it don't do that no more....
Whatever you disconnected Last is the Problem...

Btw,.... In the Electrical forum, there's a Sticky with generic wiring diagrams for hulls,...
I Doubt you'll find 1 exactly for your hull, unless from the manufacturer...

In this case I would unplug the main harness at the motor and the see if I could start the motor with some jumper wires. I fit works now the problem is from the plug forward somewhere if no works problem is at the motor somewhere. Divide and conquer trouble shooting. You also mught try a continuity check between the purple and ground then unplug the main harness and try again.

I wanted to say THANK YOU for all the help. I am going to try all of your suggestions and go from there. I was just about on my last leg with this, and was about to just pay for someone to just figure it out. Thanks again!;)

I recently put a new starter on. And start i bought did not have a location for the brown/yellow wire, so i just put the wire on the back of the starter ground. When i unplugged it the fuel pump came on and everything looks good.

Sounds like you tried to use an automotive starter, or a cheap aftermarket without that terminal for the Purple/yellow wire (yeah, they fade and change color). That terminal is how power gets to the fuel pump when starting. Since you basically made a direct short it to ground, when the oil pressure switch gets energized, the short pops the breaker.
