96' 3hp evinrude 2 stroke no manual, help!!

Just bought a used 3hp Evinrude 2 stroke. I wrote down the model number BE3REDS and serial number G04111321 and looks like a 96 was written besides the CE for date of manufacture. I have never owned an outboard motor but want to know where I can find a users manual (didn't come with one) and also the gas oil mixture required for this model.

Fuel mix is 50:1, JP. TC-W3 outboard oil and 87 octane unleaded.
