'96 60 HP bogging down

I have a '96 60hp that was running great yesterday...until while running almost wide open, there was a significant drop in rpm and now runs rough and not more than trolling speed. The VRO was disconnected, the telltale stream is strong and cool, will idle at higher rpms but not under load...any suggestions? Thanks.....The Codfaher:

check spark, compression, fuel getting to carb, vent open on fuel tank.

Checked compression...145, 130, 145,... checked spark, good on all 3,...does it sound like time to rebuild carbs? Poss something in the jets?

sure does. i think is would do a decarb, and see if you can get the compression #s to evened out. they are borderline on the difference in compression.
